Clinic-Based ABA

Structured Therapy in a Supportive Clinical Setting

Our Clinic-Based ABA program provides intensive, individualized therapy within a structured and purposefully designed environment. This setting allows children to focus, build foundational skills, and benefit from carefully planned routines that promote consistency and progress.

At Family Innovative Care, clinic sessions are never random or loosely structured. Each session follows a treatment plan designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and implemented by experienced Behavior Technicians who are trained, prepared, and continuously supported.

What makes our clinic model different:

In-Person BCBA Supervision

Our BCBAs supervise sessions in person — observing, coaching, and ensuring treatment integrity in real time.

What children work on in clinic:
  • Functional communication development
  • Social interaction skills
  • Emotional regulation strategies
  • Daily living and independence skills
  • Academic readiness and task completion
  • Reduction of challenging behaviors

We do not rely on entry-level guesswork. Every technician receives rigorous preparation before working independently with a child.

Every goal is measurable. Every session is tracked. Progress is reviewed consistently and adjusted when needed.

With a strong staff retention rate, children build relationships with stable teams — not rotating providers.

Because high-quality care isn’t rushed — it’s built with structure, supervision, and intention.
